In subscribing to PE Safety.com the subscriber:

1. Confirms that any advice provided by PE Safety.com will be used for the purposes of the subscribing school only, and will not be passed on to other individuals or establishments, or used for commercial gain.

2. Acknowledges that the subscriber's employer should be their first source of advice, and that whilst the advice given by PE Safety.com is to the best of PE Safety.com's knowledge in line with national guidelines (where these exist), and current good practice, this may be at variance with the requirements of the subscriber's employer.

Refund Policy

PE Safety.com does not offer a refund once the order is accomplished and the product is activated successfully. As a customer you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing the product.

However, we do honour requests for a refund if the product is not activated successfully. This may be for the following reasons:

  • There may be internet issues due to your own mail server. In this case we recommend contacting us or your provider within 7 days from the order placing date. Otherwise the product will be considered received and downloaded;
  • major defect: although our product has been thoroughly tested before release, unexpected errors may occur. We keep the right to rectify the error or defect within 72 hours. If any deficiency is approved and we fail to correct it within 72 hours from the date of the initial complaint letter or any other notification provided by a Customer, the refund will be issued to the customer in full without any compensations or reimbursements. Please be advised that temporary access to your server can be requested by our technician in order to identify and fix the possible issue. Failure to provide such access in a timely manner may result in a delayed resolution of the issue. Refusal to provide access to your sever will result in your inability to qualify for a refund.
  • product not-as-described: such issues should be reported to us within 7 days from the date of the purchase. Clear evidence must be provided proving that the purchased product is not as it is described on the website. Complaints which are based merely on the customer's false expectations or wishes are not honored.
